Refund policy

At Flovia, we take great care in preparing every bouquet with fresh, high-quality flowers. Since each arrangement is custom-made and perishable, we kindly follow a no-refund and no-return policy for all completed deliveries.

We always want you to be happy with your order. If your flowers arrive damaged or different from what you ordered, please let us know as soon as possible. If the issue is reported within 2 hours of delivery and supported with clear photos or videos, we will be happy to arrange a replacement or provide a refund based on the situation.

We understand that flowers are delicate and natural variations may occur. Refunds are not available for change of mind, incorrect delivery information, unavailability of the recipient, or any damage that happens after a successful delivery.
